Sunday morning 

Most mornings I have the same chopped apple/ muesli/ yoghurt combo which I just love ( the secret is to ‘let down’ the yoghurt with a little boiling water,) but come Sunday I like to have a treat! What’s not to like about buttermilk pancakes in summer?  

 The recipe is from ‘Fields of Greens’ recipe book from the celebrated vegetarian restaurant in San Francisco Bay.

  Add a dash of Buckwood Canadian maple syrup and a dollop of creme fraiche!
 The aftermath – a bit like the scene of a crime!
